"Heritage food is an experience, not just a snack. Follow our ritual to awaken the true flavors."
Warming the Halwa
Warm our Multani Halwa in a microwave for 30 seconds or on a low-heat plate. Heat activates the desi ghee and aroma.
Tea Pairing Ritual
Nan Khatai is best enjoyed with traditional Peshawari Green Tea or Cardamom-infused Karak Chai.
Preserved Freshness
Always seal our copper-finish tins immediately after use. Store in a cool place, never in the refrigerator.

Prepared with
Patience.
"We don't use industrial mixers. We don't use artificial preservatives. We use the rhythm of the wooden spoon and the warmth of the fire, just as it was meant to be."
Roots in Reality.
We travel the length of the country to find the specific ingredients that make our Soghats authentic. From the saffron fields of the north to the desert-grown nuts of the south.
